What am I paying for?
Access to the Jev AI model through this site's playground, batch runner and API. jev-ai.org runs the subscriptions, balances and support.
How is Jev AI usage billed?
By input tokens; output tokens are never billed. Paid token plans also add 1 credit per 1M input tokens. When both balances are available, a request spends 1 credit plus its input tokens; if only one wallet remains, that wallet pays alone.
Do I need a separate balance for each model?
No. Your token balance covers every Jev model on this site. There is no hidden per-model wallet.
Where do free credits come from?
The welcome gift and daily check-ins add credits. Paid token plans add the input-token allowance and its 1-credit-per-1M-token equivalent.
What does a yearly plan include?
You pay once, at half the monthly rate, and the year's full token allowance lands in your balance immediately.
Do my tokens expire?
Paid tokens carry over for as long as your account is active, and one-time token packs never expire.
Am I charged when a request fails?
No. A request that does not return an answer is not charged, and anything reserved for it is released automatically.
How do I stop a subscription renewing?
Turn off renewal in your account's billing settings at any time. Tokens you have already paid for stay in your balance.
Is checkout secure?
Checkout runs on Stripe, so your card never touches this site. Any tax that applies is shown before you confirm.
